Get ready for an intense 9 week session! We'll do a lot of freestyle, getting ready for the spring season, some stretching/conditioning and, of course, continue working on compulsories for all vaulters planning on taking medal exams in the spring. We'll also have a clinic with Jen Williams from Great Falls Vaulters, time and date to be announced.
Indoor Vaulting officially begins Sunday January 3 at the multipurpose room in the same building as the Library, 33 Shatuuck Street, in Littleton, MA at 3:00 pm. This is a wonderful space with lots of room and most importantly heat! We've held indoor winter vaulting here for more than six years.
The session is a nine-week-session ending on Feb 28th. Cost of this session is $295. We may divide into two classes depending on how many vaulters sign up. Please send Rachel an email to confirm that you will be there.
